WED 28TH APRIL 2027 - SAT 1ST MAY 2027

Laid-back coastal luxury in the White Isle.

A blissful 3 night/4 day yoga retreat in Ibiza.

And breathe…

Come away with us to the wild, beautiful west coast of Ibiza for three nights of slowing down, switching off and coming back to yourself.

Tucked away in a beautifully renovated luxury villa, this is a bohemian little escape with the sparkling Mediterranean just a short walk away. Close enough to wander down to the sea, yet secluded enough to feel a world away from everything.

Over three dreamy nights, we’ll bring together all the things that make a Shee Retreat special: energising morning yoga to wake up the body, stretch out and move in the open air, followed by magical evening restorative sessions designed to soften the edges, quieten the mind and ease you into deep, delicious rest.

There’ll be time to explore too - wandering along the coast, discovering the natural beauty around us, or simply following your curiosity. And for a little extra glow, we’ll be joined by the talented Isla Glow Solar for a Gua Sha workshop, exploring simple ways to awaken the skin’s natural vitality and bring a little more radiance to the everyday.

The house

Minimalist interior living space with a large sliding door opening to an outdoor patio with trees and seating area.

An emphasis on style and sustainability

Tucked away just south of Lisbon, we will be staying in a beautiful converted Finca where the air is filled with the smell of Eucalyptus trees and within close proximity to the most beautiful beaches.

A wooden deck chair with black and white striped fabric, a straw hat hanging on the back, a woven round pouf with reading glasses and magazines on top, surrounded by green foliage and trees, against a neutral wall.
Modern backyard outdoor patio with a black pool, white house wall, outdoor seating with cushions, a large black umbrella, potted plants, and lush green trees in the background under a blue sky.
Spacious living room with high vaulted ceiling featuring exposed wooden beams, large glass sliding doors, beige sectional sofas, a wooden coffee table, and a dining area with a long table and chairs. Outdoors visible through the doors includes a patio with an umbrella and outdoor furniture.

The yoga

Each session is designed with intention to restore presence, calm the nervous system, and deepen the mind-body connection.

Morning and evening practices centered around mindful movement and breathwork to foster clarity and peace.

Gentle, flowing sequences that awaken the body, build strength, and encourage deep relaxation, creating a harmonious balance between dynamic movement and restorative poses.

Deep relaxation and guided visualisations to close each session, fostering emotional release and grounding, while inviting introspection and stillness.

My teaching weaves together a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and anatomy, bringing both precision and soul to the practice. I aim to create a space where people can explore, reconnect, and feel at ease in their bodies. Teaching for me is about connection — with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

“For me, a retreat is a chance to pause and really listen — to the body, the breath, and the quiet wisdom beneath it all. It’s about moving with curiosity, finding softness in strength, and returning home to yourself.”
