WED 6TH MAY 2026 - SAT 9TH MAY 2026
Escape to Portugal for a blissful 3 night/4 day yoga retreat.
Designed to provide the pause for you to recharge through movement, rest, and soulful connections.
And breathe…
Every day you’ll enjoy fun and restorative yoga sessions (whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned Yogi) with a beautiful view of nature.
Your day will be spent lazing by the pool, reading that book you just never get the time to read, hiking, indulging in an onsite massage, or a trip to one of the best beaches in Portugal.
All of this will be punctuated with the most incredible seasonal Portuguese food from a talented Ayurvedic trained chef.

The yoga
Each session is designed with intention to restore presence, calm the nervous system, and deepen the mind-body connection.
Morning and evening practices centered around mindful movement and breathwork to foster clarity and peace.
Gentle, flowing sequences that awaken the body, build strength, and encourage deep relaxation, creating a harmonious balance between dynamic movement and restorative poses.
Deep relaxation and guided visualisations to close each session, fostering emotional release and grounding, while inviting introspection and stillness.

My teaching weaves together a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and anatomy, bringing both precision and soul to the practice. I aim to create a space where people can explore, reconnect, and feel at ease in their bodies. Teaching for me is about connection — with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
“For me, a retreat is a chance to pause and really listen — to the body, the breath, and the quiet wisdom beneath it all. It’s about moving with curiosity, finding softness in strength, and returning home to yourself.”
