An idyllic Menorcan coastal yoga retreat where your mind and body can finally relax and you can just ‘be’ .

Designed to provide the pause for you to recharge through movement, rest, and soulful connections.

The 3 day retreat will include:

Each day will start with an energising yoga practice in the beautiful outdoor yoga shala, before coming together for a nutritious and restorative brunch, also taken outside to maximise the calming and regenerative effects of being in nature.

Afternoons are for you - lazing by the pool, exploring the 12 hectares of land, indulging in an onsite massage, or taking a trip to one of Menorca’s many unspoilt beaches. A short walk from the property is the Cami de Cavells - an ancient stone walled path which encircles the whole island, offering miles of stunning coastal walks.

There will then be a restorative yoga/meditation session early evening to wind down and further support your nervous system, before coming together again for supper. The organic extra virgin olive oil originating from the farm itself, as well as all other produce being seasonal and locally sourced.

The last evening will be spent having dinner in the charming little coastal town of Es Castell whose bustling waterfront is filled with local seafood restaurants overlooking traditional fishing boats bobbing about in the crystal-clear waters.

We will be staying in a stunning rural agriturismo whose history can be dated back to the 13th century, and now has great integrity as a Biosphere Reserve as an ecological and sustainable destination, as well as an Olive farm.

Menorca itself was declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO, so there are plenty of unspoilt stunning beaches to enjoy. Unlike its sister islands, it has a much gentler and more laid back vibe, whilst retaining all of the charm.

Each room has its own terrace and en-suite bathroom and can be set up as a double occupancy twin room or a single king size.

Double occupancy is £1,250 per person

Single occupancy is £1,700 per room

The yoga

Each session is designed with intention to restore presence, calm the nervous system, and deepen the mind-body connection.

Morning and evening practices centered around mindful movement and breathwork to foster clarity and peace.

Gentle, flowing sequences that awaken the body, build strength, and encourage deep relaxation, creating a harmonious balance between dynamic movement and restorative poses.

Deep relaxation and guided visualisations to close each session, fostering emotional release and grounding, while inviting introspection and stillness.

9.00am - Morning Energising Yoga Flow

10.30am – Brunch

12.00 – 5.00pm – Free Time, Trips, Beach, Hiking, Massage

5.00am – Evening Yin or restorative Yoga

7.30pm – Dinner
