Yoga Teacher | Sound Practitioner | Mentor

Voted 2025’s ‘Most Inspiring Woman in Bath & North East Somerset and Swindon & Wiltshire

My teaching weaves together a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and anatomy, bringing both precision and soul to the practice. I aim to create a space where people can explore, reconnect, and feel at ease in their bodies. Teaching for me is about connection — with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

For me, a retreat is a chance to pause and really listen — to the body, the breath, and the quiet wisdom beneath it all. It’s about moving with curiosity, finding softness in strength, and returning home to yourself.”
